Where do I send my equipment for repair?

You don’t need a jetter or sewer camera repair shop near you — we handle repairs by mail or freight line nationwide. In most cases you will send your item to our repair center in Woodinville, Washington. Occasionally we may arrange for you to send your repair directly to the manufacturer. Please wait for our instructions and shipping label before sending anything.

What happens if my item is not repairable?

Our staff will reach out to you with options. You may choose to have your item shipped back to you or we can dispose of your item for you. Your credit card will be charged for shipping and any fees associated with disposal.

Do you offer a warranty on repairs?

Yes! Our repairs are guaranteed to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for 90-Days. If the repaired product fails, call us and our staff will discuss the best course of action. Warranty determination will be made upon inspection.

How long does a repair take?

Most repairs take 2–3 days once we have your item and the part is in stock. If a part needs to be ordered, plan on up to two weeks. Every repair starts with a written estimate and timeline, so you'll know what to expect before work begins.

Do you repair jetters and cameras from other brands?

Yes. We repair sewer jetters whether they’re our brand or not, and we routinely service cameras from Hathorn, Drain Inspector, Insight Vision, and TVBTech. Not sure about your equipment? Contact our service team and we’ll point you in the right direction.
