Where do I send my item?

In most cases you will send your item to our repair center in Woodinville Washington. Occasionally we may arrange for you to send your repair directly to the product manufacturer.
Please do not ship anything to us before receiving our instructions or using our shipping label provided and be sure to follow all instructions.

What happens if my item is not repairable?

Our staff will reach out to you with options. You may choose to have your item shipped back to you or we can dispose of your item for you. Your credit card will be charged for shipping and any fees associated with disposal.

Do you offer a warranty on repairs?

Yes! Our repairs are guaranteed to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for 90-Days. If the repaired product fails, call us and our staff will discuss the best course of action. Warranty determination will be made upon inspection.
